Beach Front Vacation Homes

Vacations don’t happen often, but when they do, the last thing you want to experience is lousy accommodations, especially if you’re renting a vacation home! The entire process of finding a real vacation home can be a stressful one, unless you know what to look for.

Fact is, the majority of vacation home rental websites obtain their information from databases that have been resold to websites. Such sites care little about your accommodations and level of comfort, but more about the ads they run on their site.

At Vacation Homes Rated, we care about where you stay. We do not have sponsors, do not employ ads and do not charge for any information found on this site. You can read more about why we started this site here, but in short, we wanted an honest and unbiased way to rate vacation homes.
Dream Vacation Homes

Imagine having a water front home in Florida, a cottage on Lake Michigan, a home in Lake Tahoe, a fishing cabin in Minnesota and more. You can, and cheaper than it would cost you to own one oceanfront property! It’s called renting a vacation home and that’s where we come in. We’ll help you find that perfect rental, without the fluff!
Vacation Rental Rating System

If you’re the home owner of a vacation rental and would like quality guests, then you’ll find them here. Each guest receives a rating from the owner of the rental property which helps you better understand the guest. The owner may choose to rent only to those guests receiving positive reviews or may choose not to rent at all – participation is free and optional.

If you’re the family looking to rent a vacation home, then you can browse our list of vacation homes, pictures, reviews and more. Once you have selected your vacation home and completed your stay, you have the option to rate the rental property.

By participating, guests may end up receiving reduced rates or more flexible time slots while property owners end up with quality renters and the ability to ask for more. It all depends feedback and it’s entirely free!
